This package includes recordings of all sessions, after session notes, between session personalized exercises as well as an engineered plan for breaking through to your goal. Follow these steps at your own pace and on your own timeline, checking off each accomplishment as you go.

One interview session plus (10) workshop sessions over 6 to 8 weeks. Includes and continues through the Breakthrough Package discoveries with fully supported mentoring and encouragement sessions over a two to three month span until the client has achieved their stated and agreed upon goals. Clinical studies reveal that ongoing mentoring and encouragement sessions create accountability, dramatically improve the overall chances of achieving a client's desired goals.
This package includes recordings of all sessions, after session notes, between session personalized exercises as well as an engineered plan for breaking through to your goal. Together, we will follow the Breakthrough steps at your own pace and timeline, creating goal dates for each step with accountability and encouragement. This package also includes a weekly accountability phone call or email to maintain momentum and morale.

Includes and continues through the breakthrough and achievement packages with a focus on establishing and maintaining new behavior patterns that last period we build on the goals and New Balance developed in the achievements package, and build 'circuit Breakers' into the program to ensure you don't fall back into old behaviors or allow historical roadblocks to derail you. The science of behavior patterns tell us that people in the resolute style package have the best chance possible of making meaningful and lasting successful changes to their lives. This package includes recordings of all sessions, after session notes, between session personalized exercises as well as an engineered plan for breaking through to your goal. Together, we will follow the breakthrough steps at your own pace and timeline, creating goal dates for each step with accountability and encouragement. This package also includes a weekly accountability phone call or e-mail to maintain momentum and morale, with eight accountability phone calls slash emails after the program.
